We got a chance to check out New York’s HOTTEST saturday afternoon brunch party “Day & Night”  at Buddha Bar (or formerly known asBuddha Bar, it is now known as “Ajna Bar“), literally across the street from Tenjune on Little West 12th street. Aside from the beautiful modern oriental décor of the venue, Ajna bar also hosts an in-house smoke room and a good amount of space for both dancing and catching with friends. We were told “rainy days are always the best for attendance” and with DJ Phresh on the 1′s and 2′s how could we miss out on this party?!

For those who are unfamiliar with Day & Night, the brunch club originated in France, so they’re bringing St. Tropez to New York and it’s one experience you won’t forget.  The actual brunch starts around 2:00pm and lasts until  7:00pm. The Day & Night brunch is well known for it’s party goers drinking endless amounts of Bertaud Belieu Rosè and possibly regular Champagne while dancing to very loud house music. The brothers  Derek and Daniel Koch bring in their whole staff, totaling around 180 people manning every position from porter to head chef, that means they can have better control over the quality of the product and party.
